Texas Isshinryu Karate Kai Plano Dojo

We are a traditional Okinawan-Style karate school focused on teaching Isshinryu Karate. As a practical self-defense style, Isshinryu is known for it's speed, rhythmical combinations, and focus of technique. We welcome students of all ages and presently teach students from age 6 to 65. We are family focused, and often have parents and their children training together. Traditional karate is perfect to help you, or your family members, in the areas strength and conditioning, focus and discipline, and self-esteem.
