Ted Dickey Funeral Home on 18th Street in Plano was so wonderful to me and my mother. We had my father's celebration of life there on 8/22. When we met with Will (William Ciociola) he gently guided us through the processes. There were no high-pressure sales. He just let us know what is available and was able to help us make a few decisions that we were not sure on. It is such a hard time when you lose someone, and he and his staff couldn't have been nicer, empathetic and professional. It was a hard day get through, but they made it as easy of a process and all we had to manage and worry about is our own grief. I couldn't recommend them more!! Thank you,... read full review
