These guys helped me fix my printer and was honest about the cost. Turned out it was cheaper to buy a new printer than it would have been to fix it. They told me this up front so I could make an informed decision.

This technician was awesome! He was prompt and very knowledgeable. I've had this printer for over a year and no one was able to resolve the issues. He fixed it really fast. He was great!

I Met with Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing. She radiates positivity and made our meeting feel like anything but one. She’s professional, but takes the time to get to know who she is working with.I give more than five stars if I could and would recommend everyone to work with her. An absolute joy of an experience.
