Sweet Life Dental truly lives up to its name. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. My appointment started right on time, and the team explained everything clearly so I always knew what was happening.
The dentist was incredibly gentle, professional, and patient—something I really appreciated. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary procedures and genuinely cared about my comfort and long-term dental health. My cleaning/exam (or procedure) was done with great attention to detail, and the results were amazing.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The doctor is very professional, attentive, and caring, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming, always greeting patients with a smile and making the check-in process smooth. All of the other staff members are very patient and supportive, creating a calm and friendly environment.

I’m a new resident to Plano and was looking for a new dentist. I had a filling break off and found Dr. Shinetin Sydney Tzeng of Sweet Life Dental. I accidentally called on a Wednesday not realizing they were closed. I didn’t leave a message but Ying messaged me directly that evening asking if there was anything they could help with. I explained my situation and was scheduled with a 9:30 am appointment. When I arrived they were very welcoming and had everything in order for a new patient.
