We just had Swan Roofing come out to do our roof after a bad hail storm. Jason Perez,our sales guy from Swan was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable, providing excellent help when dealing with our insurance company. He stayed in constant communication with us from start to finish,leaving us with no questions unanswered. The roofing crew that installed our roof were professional and worked clean, leaving nothing to show they were ever here,except for our beautiful roof. They even went above and beyond to make sure not only the outside work was clean but also the interior, where installing a skylight made a small mess. I had an exceptional experience using Swan Roofing. From the initial inspection to completion of my roof replacement, they were there every step of the way. Jason, Chrisanto, Jaime, Fatima and the roofing crew were all awesome. The communication, attention to detail, workmanship, and follow-through after the project was completed was outstanding. They coordinated with my insurance company, got the necessary city permit and handled all the details necessary to get my new roof. It was a seamless process for me as a customer. It was a no-hassle experience. I can't recommend them enough.
