One of the cleanest cleanings I’ve ever had. The dr and I are figuring out how to perfect my numbing with my hypersensitive teeth but he’s open to hearing what I think is best. Each time I come we track the protocol for my pain tolerance based on what I felt from the previous visit. He tries to tailor the experience to my needs. I also love the female assistants. They hold my hands when we use needles for numbing and offer a lot of soft, feminine care. The front desk is also super nice and sweet. They remember me each time and we have running side convos that I enjoy. Good office.
My first visit to Signature Smiles was great! I was met by a caring staff and on a Saturday. Dr Pavi explained every process and made certain that I was ok every step of the way!I have also made my second trip for a root canal. The team was just great to me and Dr Pavi checked on my well being often. I am so happy that I found this office. The medical care and customer service are 5 star!!!
Wonderful folks! Dr. G. is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the situation in simple terms. Misty has a very sweet chair-side manner, and is great with the kids. Veronica is professional, funny and makes great conversation. We’ve been coming here for a while now, and are quite happy with our experience.
