Maddie was extremely helpful and pleasant to us when we came in. She was attentive, knowledgeable and proactive. This location doesn’t have a certain oil cleanser I was looking for and she gave me samples of two others she liked. I tried them and they’re great. She noticed I was about to join the checkout line and only had one bottle of conditioner in my hand so she rang up me up quickly herself and saved me a long wait in line. Great energy and such a positive vibe.

Mickey (sp?) was super helpful in helping me find a lip color for me. And the nice lady at the end helped me find a mascara and helped checking me out, I don’t grab her name but she was super kind as well! Thank you so much! The manager Angelique was super inviting from the moment I walked in and communicated very well in introducing me to Mickey to find what I needed. Overall very happy with my experience. I live an hour away, but this might be worth the drive!

Sephora at Legacy West had a huge sale today, attracting a massive crowd. The store was bustling with shoppers which makes it quite packed and lively. While the deals were great, navigating through the crowd was a bit challenging. Despite the rush, the staff remained helpful, and the overall shopping experience was exciting for those looking for discounts.
