The staff and the Doctor were extremely helpful, friendly, and detailed. This was my first visit with them so they took a full range of x-rays of my teeth as well as photographs and did a cancer screening. Also had my teeth cleaned which was performed by the Doctor who does that with first time patients to get to know them better. They did not try to upsell me services, and in fact, recommended letting things alone for the time being that I assumed they would want to fix. I feel highly comfortable and confident with this practice and felt like they have the best interest of the patient as their first priority.

Worth every bit of the 5 star reviews they have received. Dr. Critz is not only the best dentist I've ever been to but the best I've experienced in the medical field period. All the other staff and dentists that I've encountered are the same way. I usually hate doing anything in the medical field (getting check ups, doctors visits, etc) but it's always a delight to go this office. Thank you for your service and all that you guys do. You've been amazing!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!! I can’t say enough great things about everyone I interacted with in the office. Crystal at the front desk had all the pre authorizations before I arrived, paperwork was quick, easy, and electronic. Savannah did great with X-rays, pictures, and prep for the dentist. Dr. Holmes is phenomenal and took the stress out of the experience. He and Savannah made sure the needed work was completed as painless as possible and Dr, Holmes made great recommendations moving forward. Everyone was kind and friendly. Totally recommend this office and staff for a great experience!!
