I have been going to Prestonwood Cleaners for only 3 months now. I needed a dress dry-cleaned to wear for my birthday. I dropped it off yesterday at 8a.m. and the ladies ensured I had it back today before 4p.m. I was so appreciative!! I love the service so far and I’ll continue to be a customer. I cannot say enough good about Aulonie, who works at the front. She is so kind every time, so consistent, so professional, and so immensely helpful. Even though prices have gone up at Prestonwood Cleaners, I will continue to remain a loyal customer because the owner values loyalty among patrons and Aulonie really drives that sentiment home - making you feel welcome and making you feel confident that you are leaving your items in good hands every time.

My wife and I moved to the area recently and started coming here for dry clean, absolutely love the service. Aulonie is a sweet young lady 10/10 customer service, she greeted us with energy and nice environment and greatly appreciated that .The clothes come back amazing just like new
