They're friendly, quick and well versed on their process. Their packages are very pricey so we do the free sitting for the school pictures and choose to do the rest with a private photographer. Everyone has their preferences for this process.

Just had my child’s portrait done here. We accidentally showed up on the wrong day, but they were very nice about it and were still able to see us! The photographer was more than patient, as well as friendly and helpful.

This was a fun but rushed experience. We had a great time during the photoshoots and the photographers were GREAT, but once we were done the other staff were ready for us to leave. It was a little off, but we did have a good time overall. The front desk staff may have been stressed from the day or the volume, but there are some opportunities for improvement.
