Ducts were not placed back correctly and now there is moisture in attic. Having to have someone else take a look at it since this company will not answer their phones or call you back.*** we had an inspection done and even the gutters were horribly done. Please use someone else and save yourself the trouble. Beware of this company and JasonServices: Roof inspection

Worlds worst roofing company. Put roof on commercial building in June 2020. We have ongoing leak issues since inception. First few times they came out then nothing. We contact them and nothing. They have failed to return any calls or emails or make any attempt to repair the roof leaks. Furthermore, they failed to report or register this work with GAF (product manufacturer) and GAF has no records of a 20 year warranty of products provided to us by PHOENIX. GAF cannot assist with any repairs until the roof project is registered and this can only be done by Phoenix. COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THEM! Phoenix Roofing is outstanding! Their customer service is top notch from beginning to end. Whether it be as little as a simple repair or a whole new roof, I would recommend them to anyone.
