No one answers the phone, not even an answering machine. Hours of operation are incorrectly posted. Dropped off my son's jeans at opening on Friday and they need them for graduation. Can't pick up same day, they won't be ready until Monday at 5.

We have gone here for years but I won't go back. They used to be good. Maybe they have a new owner? Ever since COVI,D you now need to pre-pay for cleaning, and on my last visit she brought my shirts out and pointed to a shirt that was not in the bag. The back of my husband's shirt had a 3" x 3" L-shaped rip and she said " we don't do anything to shirt. Like this before we cleaned". Absolute BS. I gave them 3 stars because we have had good experiences in the past, but post COVID I would not recommend at all.

Something has changed at this place. Used to be good but the new owners don't seem to care about customers. Brought a shirt in this week that was clean but needed heavy starch. When I picked it up nothing had been done to it. I explained the issue and that I brought it in already clean and just wanted the heavy starch. Her response was "You can pay again to redo". I said it wasn't done right the first time but the response then was "I don't have time for this". Which makes sense as whenever you come into the place now it takes several minutes for the lady to come from the back of the store. Not sure what is going on in the back of this store but they are always back there and not dealing with customers. This place is a joke and they certainly don't care about service or people.
