My masseuse had excellent technique. Firm but not painful. The friction she created with her hands created some nice heat and really made my back feel better. My lower back was a 7 out of 10 on a pain scale and when I left an hour later it was a 1. Most relief I've ever experienced from a massage. Excellent.

Sophia was wonderful. Just the right amount of pressure. Especially good removing long-standing temple discomfort due to bruxism with TMJ. Also found my stress point on my back without needing direction from me and totally removed the ongoing daily pain. Price was half what I am used to paying. One hour for $65. Only suggestion: have chilled bottled water available after the session. Already scheduled a second session.

I stopped in for a 20 minute chair massage for my neck and shoulders and left feeling so much better. The facility is clean and spaced out between the massage chairs - which is a plus. The massage itself was great- I had to take away a star because of aesthetics. There was no spa-like music, so during the massage I heard the door to the shop next door open and close again and again, which made it difficult to relax. I would have liked it if my masseuse had used lotion on my arms during that portion. An essential oil diffuser or lightly scented mint or eucalyptus lotion would have for sure put this chair massage at 5 stars. The lobby and massage areas smelled and looked very clean- I would love them to consider adding something to give that relaxing "spa smell". After my massage she provided a bottle of Ozarka, which was a nice touch. For the value $24 for 20 minutes dedicated to my shoulders and neck, I'd say it was a good experience and I'd stop back by. It's a bonus to be able to walk right in, even in a time crunch, and take care of a sore back.
