A.C. stopped working. I called Nick’s/Dun-Rite in Plano, TX. The dispatcher was a pleasure to talk to. She sent Garrison that same day and kept me posted concerning his arrival time. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Excellent work by everyone. This group is professional, courteous, and competent. I highly recommend them.
Always great service with this company. I wont have anybody come out to service our AC. Rare to find a company who actually cares about their customers and aren't just trying to rip you. Best customer service you can ask for back by knowledge and expertise.
Followup duct sealing after new installation and sealing of second system last month...Joaquin did a pro job and even found an area that was missed earlier, which he took care of as well. Very satisfied!
