We liked that as owner of the company he was very hands on, which turned out to be the case as he came out by himself to clear holly bushes in the front flower bed so his crew could start working right away once they arrived to do the work. For sometime now we've had a few cracks in some of the drywall on the inside of the house and some in the mortar on the outside. While the cracks are not significant, they are noticeable so we decided to call some foundation companies and get their assessment. The first two companies recommended several piers. The first company estimate for piers was over $24,000 plus a recommendation to add French drains at a cost in excess of $6,000, totaling over $30,000 for the entire job. The second company suggested several piers but did not mention adding French drains. We did not receive a quote from the second company as they suggested the measurements they took would likely... read full review
