Classes are great much patience is demonstrated let alone everyone is easy going the environment is the demonstration of professionalism for a curriculum like this, the instructors are professionals and proficient with their teachings I look forward to keep evolving and bettering my skills here. Wonderful experience!!! The teachers are incredibly helpful, owner is very involved, and the studio is clean and comfortable. These workouts are not only practical for real-life situations but will work up a great sweat! ??

Only been training for a few weeks, but am enjoying my time so far! Everyone's been cool, fellow students and instructors alike. Coming from a more traditional style, this Krav school offers me a cool opportunity to get exposed to new self defense strategies, and get in a heck of a workout at the same time ?
