Kool Koncepts replaced our HVAC at the end of 2023. We got quotes from several other companies and Kool Koncepts stood out because they gave us several options on different systems (brands, Seer ratings, etc.) and each option was very competitively priced. Of all the companies to quote us, Kool Koncepts was also the only one who took the time to understand the complicated layout of our house and assured us they could work around it. We never felt pressure to make any decisions immediately and they did not try to upsell us at any point. Todd and his crew were professional and took care to tidy after themselves. I recently had the pleasure of working with Todd from Kool Koncepts to repair my air conditioning system, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service.
