I just recently started exploring the world of botox and facials and my friends highly recommended It’s a Secret so I decided to check out the Plano location. I had my very first facial with Erin and she did an amazing job! She explained the process well and my skin was absolutely glowing after. Right after my facial I discussed botox (another first for me) with Paola who was very knowledgeable and eased my worries. She made sure I was comfortable with the process and before I knew it she was done administering the botox. I will say I was pretty nervous but instantly felt at ease with Paola. Loved my experiences at this Medspa! Paola is amazing!! Got my lips done before my birthday and then went back for facial balancing a few weeks later and I’m obsessed! I’d trust her with my face any day!! ?
The staff here is amazing! My baby was crying while I was getting my service done by Paola (who is absolutely amazing) and the front desk ended up watching my baby for me so she could finish. Everyone was so sweet and not judgmental towards my situation, which I loved. Paola did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked! Great med spa to go to!
