Horrible customer service, You as their customer are their last priority. We will stop using their product soon and look for a better option. My advice to someone that is looking for a accounting software, run as far away as you can from quickbooks and Intuit.

If you use desktop and they tell you upgrading to online is what you need, they are lying to get your business. Spent 3 business days, 12 actual hrs on phone & online just to ditch online & upgrade to desktop. Customer service is an utter joke. Asked for supervisor Friday-bo contact. Asked multiple times Monday- no supervisor, asked today(Tuesday) still no supervisor. Over 3 days been directed to wrong departments, given phone numbers to call- also wrong. Would never recommend to anyone ever again

Intuit spends millions of dollars a year lobbying to keep our tax code overly complicated. And their software is horrrrrendous. I wasn't planning on leaving them a review on google until they started cold calling me on the phone and sending junk email.
