Intuit Quickbooks is the WORST company that ever existed. Quickbooks customer service team is full of people who have literally no idea what they are doing! I've had funds being held for an extended period of time and every time we call, we are told, "We have no idea when your case will be resolved" We get told they will escalate our case and have been given at least 5 different case numbers at this point and LITERALLY no one from this company has been able to help us. The system they have in place is completely flawed. The "departments" needed to resolve the issue are one the customers cannot speak to directly. Intuit should hire people who know the products and understand how they work. I switched to Enterprise. I was promised I could use it on two computers. I was also told my other accounts were closed. I've been overcharged 3 times. After two months of calling my issues have been resolved. It should never take talking to over 15 people for 3 hour phone calls to get 1 product working properly.

They have charged our company duplicates for more than 2 years. When we asked for a refund, they said their guideline allows for refunds of only up to 2 months. This feels like robbery. Why should we use this company for accounting? They are not a trustworthy company.
