The best customer service! My boyfriend let me pick a bouquet and candle for fun today and they have premade bouquets and they added Lillies to mine without questions asked. They greeted us at the door and helped us carry the flowers to our truck. To top it all off my house smells amazing from the candle and fresh flowers! Absolutely recommend the Carrollton location!

The woman (I apologize for not recalling her name) I placed the order with was extremely helpful and friendly. The flowers came right on time. I went here once in March of 2024. I know flowers can be pricey, but the bouquet they had made for me was just beautiful and it even helped my relationship with the person I was giving it to. The staff is so friendly and kind. This will be my go to place for flowers!!
