My daughter was a transfer from parent led instruction and came to ideal after the classroom and 30 hour log ( she did the 14 hours of observation driving and the road test with Ideal.) The booking process was easy and they had a lot of availability. The staff was professional, engaging, great at teaching young drivers and helped build up her confidence in her driving capabilities. She passed her test with flying colors and the team helped with the paperwork submission straight to DPS allowing us to avoid long appointments and waits in a DPS office. My son just had his DPS Driving Test here and he said that the instructor was very professional and informative on what he needs to do in certain driving scenarios. Great place to have your child do their DPS driving test.
