    Same day response to come fix our AC. We have two very small children and appreciated their speediness after our home temp was >84°. I always appreciate great maintenance staffing.

    EDIT: After about a month or two, my issue was finally resolved. If you rent with this company, make sure you keep track of every email and phone call. You will probably have to pester them a lot to get any resolution.
    I will say the responses to maintenance requests were adequate so I'll bump them up to 2 stars for that at least :)

    After moving out, there has been an ongoing issue about a charge on my account. It takes 5+ emails and 2+ phone calls to get any response to a single inquiry. I have sent the same email every single day for the past week and I still have received no response.

    When a business is consistently helpful, I am always happy to laud their good work. HomeRiver Group has provided efficient property management, and I am especially pleased with the follow-up and advisement of their property manager, Shonta Odum. Her tenant move-out survey assessment and follow-up are exceptional. Ms. Odum's documentation captures with visuals repair needs that prevent owner inconvenience with on-site visits. Her ability to put herself in the owner's shoes speaks to her thoroughness in oversight provided for a property.
