One of the worst experience I've had in awhile. I don't expect much from places like this but it usually suffice in a pinch. $60 full body massage and they couldn't get the pressure right. The lady kept running around doing other things, answering phone calls, etc. Half way through they switched masseuse, partially warmed hands turned into ice cold hands again.
The massage therapist’s made it really feel comfortable and it is a completely relaxed environment! It was a truly amazing experience. They are a very clean staff, but they are also using extreme caution especially during this pandemic time. I highly recommend this establishment!
My husband and I like a different place for a foot spa/massage. We decided to try this place when ours was closed and they had five star reviews. We called and made an appointment for 7:15 but then called back and said we could be there at 7. He said no problem see you at 7. We get there on time and he asks us which massage we would like. I point to their $39 full body (a little pricier than most places but we were already there). We get led to our beds and feet in warm water. We stayed like that for at least 15 minutes until the front door bursts open and his masseuse come in. Lots of hustling around until they get situated. Our massage starts. My husband had a good massage but mine was rushed. The guy stopped several times to do things for other people and completely forgot to do my upper back, neck and head. Once we finished their credit card machine was down and we were forced to go run around to find an atm. He said "sorry I should have told you before we started" ummm yep that would have been very important. He seemed like a nice guy and maybe business has been effected with everything going on but it was just not a professional experience. Once we got cash I paid him $100 so he got a tip and he said "oh no tip?" What! I pointed to the $39 massage (times two) so he got a nice tip. Nope. He said I owed him $100 but it was ok that I didn't give him a tip. What the heck! It took every shred of patience I had left to be courteous after all of that. That is a lot of money put down for a terrible experience.
