Everyone here was professional and helpful! I came in with a kidney stone, and I felt heard by my provider, Evelyne Imah. Crystal was especially friendly and helpful both on the phone and with my insurance issue (she even spoke to my mom on speaker phone to solve the issue 😂)! I believe the nurse that took my vitals was Anissa, and she was wonderful as well. Very clean facility.
The Baylor Scott and White Urgent Care + at Plano is a great place to go if you are needing some urgent care. The staff is very friendly and they will take care of you the way you need.
Wonderful service! I am very thankful for the care and understanding I received from all of the staff. It is the busiest time of the year, especially the first Monday after Thanksgiving! I was was cheerfully greeted by Crystal who said hello and good bye to everyone who came and went, she was so happy put a huge smile on my face. I have arthritis in every vertebrae in my back so I do not get up easy or walk fast, Anissa, noticed we falling behind and immediately slowed for me to catch up.
