We recently moved to the area and I'll admit I was hesitant to try this place after reading some of the reviews. But, I really needed to find a dry cleaner nearby that was reasonably priced. I have now been going to this location on Preston Rd for about a month and am consistently pleased with the service. I can only think that perhaps since this is a chain that some of the reviews are for the other locations mistakenly? I bring in my husbands dress clothes from work. On Wednesdays and Saturdays shirts are only 89 cents. I'll admit, I usually don't make it there twice in the same day to drop off and pick up my items in the same day, but I have no reason to think they wouldn't be ready. Whenever I go, there are usually 2-3 guys ready to help. The facility is very clean and our items have always looked well-pressed and clean. I brought in a pair of pants to be repaired. The small rip was $12 to fix, and that did take an additional 3 days for just that one pair of pants, but that was explained to me beforehand. The dry cleaning price is great and I have been satisfied so far. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try.
