Derric is literally the greatest! Man rushed over after a cop made a big deal about the car being stranded. Saved me so much money. Literally the best. Made a horrible situation worth it.
Very happy with this company. Very courteous on the telephone. Kept their word. Communicated clearly The driver, Steve arrived early and also was very courteous and helpful. I have saved their number in my contact list and will call them first in the future.
At first I was afraid to use this company based on some reviews but I am so happy and blessed I followed my spirit and did bc I was blessed to meet an angel by the name of Derrick he arrived exactly when he said he would, he was able to get my Tahoe out of a tough spot when another company said they couldn’t get it and he handled my truck so well he took his time and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the tow and he kept open communication with me the whole time about my tow. Derrick even went above and beyond by letting me know what he thought what was wrong with my truck and where I could go to get it fixed and lo and behold that’s exactly what was wrong...read full review
