Life changing!!!
Dr Collett is a Godsend. I had been in so much pain from car accident where I suffered knee injury, head injury and back injury. I suffered over 18 months of pain 8-9 on pain rating out of 10. Other physicians wanted to medicate, inject cortisol, surgeries, and tell me I would just have to live with the pain. I began getting relief after my first treatment. Within a few treatments my pain dropped significantly, and my quality of life dramatically improved.
Today, I see Dr Collett for maintenance because I feel the difference after a visit.

I 100% recommend Dr Collett. If you are in pain, chances are he can help you.

In 2001 I broke my neck in a freak accident while traveling in a remote area of developing country - and I did not receive proper treatment. I spent the next 20 years living in extreme pain (neck, shoulders & back). I developed cervical dystonia and could barely turn my head. I had severe migraines, on top of a non-stop headache that lasted for 20 years. I had vertigo and was often unable to drive. My spine was so twisted that I difficulty walking, which made my feet hurt considerably. I was not able to work or live normally. If you’re looking for a chiropractor in DFW this is the place. Dr. Collett is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and treats his patients like family. I’ve done a lot of research to what chiropractor to visit in DFW- Dr. Collett is the answer hands down.
