I am in the process of selling my house and I contacted Keller Williams Plano to see if they wanted my listing. They did not bother to return my calls and emails. Very unprofessional.
Keller Williams has been ordered to pay $40 million in a class action lawsuit because of their cold calling practices and repeatedly ignoring the do not call registry. HAHAHAHAHA! Sorry it wasn't $400 million.
Couldn’t have asked for better customer service, overall experience, level of communication, courtesy throughout, and friendliness. Charles made my wife, myself and my family feel like royalty and treated us with so much class! Can’t wait to sell my home with him next!
