I have been a customer of Bit a Bliss for four years. Previous companies I’ve used have always done a great job initially, then over time I would notice more and more issues and items overlooked. I would end up canceling because I’d rather save the money and clean myself if it’s not going to be 100%. This has never happened with Bit a Bliss. Their crews are ALWAYS thorough. I can count maybe two times in four years I had to address something (we’re all human) and response was quick and said issue never happened again (it was really as small as a few dishes left out and not put in the sink). Our residence definitely needed a cleaning; our master bath was bad, the shower stall was BAD, the shower door was clouded with soap scum that needed to be scraped off. We had Bit a Bliss cleaning come out and do a deep clean and the house was GREAT; I would even go so far as to say it was livable again. Their price is very competitive compared to other sevices, and their work it fantastic. I would definitely reccommend this group. They have been reliable, and their employees are hard working, friendly and polite.
