So this company is very deserving of their name. They are the best. Pavel was our locksmith and that guy re keyed our house in 35 minutes and saved us money with a suggestion. Oh and I forgot to mentioned I called at 4:15 pm and they were at my house within 20 minutes of calling them. Done deal. We have a new locksmith.

I locked myself out and two wonderful young men came within 15 minutes to help me. Other locksmiths said it would be 1 1/2 to two hours. I didn’t even have my phone. I’m very grateful for this prompt service and especially for the professional and personable technicians.

Writing two reviews, but they are the same. 1 for the Allen location and 1 for the Plano location.I first found them from good reviews and then called several around the area as the dealership took forever to get a key fob in. This place had the best price at the time (promo going on?) and so I made an appointment!Unfortunately, some miscommunication happened because I called the Allen location, where I live, and we made an appointment for Saturday.
