Richard came out to help me with an emergency (dog vomit on brand new - supposedly treated) wool rug. He cleaned the rug and got the stains out and retreated it for me. He was really knowledgeable and very kind (as I was very upset about the stains). His price was very fair…the results were very good! I highly recommend Aqua Luxe!

We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and the customer service. I have three kids and a dog, and now my carpet looks and smells amazing. Our technician was prompt and kind and from the start of our appointment to the end it was about an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

Lifesavers. These guys saved a Father's Day Sunday that could have been awful. We just moved to the area from south Texas, 2nd night in the house, and our dog diarrhea-ed all over the floor. This dog is a spin-popper too, so it was BAD. Tried to clean it myself a little, but just ground it into the carpet more. I called several other places, but it being before 8 on a Sunday, no one was open, or they couldn't/wouldn't come out. I called these guys as I was going through the list, and they really helped us out by coming out (quickly) on an off day when they don't normally work.
