Art has been to my house several times the past few years and has kept my old unit working. He has fixed parts that are no longer replaceable . Every time he's on time, actually early, honest, and reasonably priced. The motor went out today, and I was hoping they'd have an appt for me, and they did. My ac was back up and running within a few hours of me making that call.

Art was exceptional. He took the time to show me what he was doing, what was causing the issue and what he was doing to fix it. He was clear in his communication and went above and beyond in addressing the issue. I really appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and what I could do to prevent future calls. I called another company first and they told me it would be thousands of dollars in repairs or that I needed an entirely new unit. That was not the case at all and I so appreciate Art being honest and helpful. The pricing was fair and I am so grateful I called ABC Heating and Air today.
