Went in today for the first time in a long time. Justin at the front desk was so amazing and helpful taking me directly to the machines I wanted to work out on. It was a great experience and I’m motivated to go again tomorrow. Really good experience!

I know that Staci is there but when I come and visit from California, Staci and I will join as guests in Rachael’s Zumba class. It was so great having her on the month before but I’m hopeful that we’ll see each other again someday taking place in Richardson 24 someday.

I'm not one who typically posts reviews, but feel it's important to do so in this situation...Last weekend, I traveled to the area for a concert in Dallas. Let me begin by saying "Dave-Prep" is a big deal (there are those out there who will understand that). At 3:00 pm on the day of the show, as I stand dripping wet having just stepped out of the shower, the front desk of my hotel calls to inform me they are evacuating due to a gas leak. I gathered all of my things, ran to my car, and drove to the 24-Hr Fitness I'd passed driving in the day before. Looking like a hot (wet) mess, I frantically approached the front desk and was immediately and kindly greeted by Rocky who listened to my sad story about getting kicked out of my room. Without any hassle, whatsoever, he allowed me to utilize the locker room so I could finish my prep and get to my show on time. The locker room was large, cool, incredibly clean, well-lit, and stocked--a very comfortable environment in which to get ready. On my way out, I was able to meet Andy, responsible for facility maintenance, and thanked him for his efforts.This may seem like an insignificant issue for many, but the gracious hospitality of the individuals at the 24-Hr Fitness (Plano) saved my entire trip, as they allowed me the opportunity to enjoy my show. Such kindness and service are not the norm these days, especially when sought by someone who can provide no benefit to the business. All I can do is express my sincere appreciation and encourage others to patronize this center. Thanks, again, to Rocky, Andy, and Trey!!
