UPDATE: I talked to Trevor and understood the confusion with how my request was lost. I didn't go with them, because they really don't specialize on smaller jobs. But Trevor was very much wanting to make it right.
I contacted them. They were super quick to come out and look at my issues. Then.....nothing. I called back twice asking when they were going to give me a quote. It was always soon/tomorrow; I finally gave up on them.
Maybe my job was too small, but if they take the effort to come out and talk about all the work they can do - shouldn't they want to give me a quote and do the work?
