I want to thank Polar Air for coming out on short notice. But a special thanks to Alex Villarreal from Laredo. Customer service was awesome and very thorough with explaining what was going on.
Alex V arrived earlier than quoted which was great. He was swift and friendly, getting right to the problem and took the time to explain to us what was going on with our unit. Would gladly contact again for any ac needs.
Oscar arrived very quick and took care of business immediately. He was a true professional and showed me everything that was going on with my system. He also explained to me future causes that might happen due to my old unit. Got here quick and didnt give me the run around (like others) when it came to prices. He was straight to the point 100%. Thank you for sending a very people friendly technician. I am going to recommend this company to everyone i know and I will surely be calling again for future issues.
