I went and they gave me a terrible service, they left me without hair and they gave me no solution, I asked them not to use a machine and they did, they irritated my skin and almost tore off an earring with the comb

I do not speak Spanish. Husband translated for me. I suppose the stylist was nervous. Took forever to cut over my ears (short haircut). She dropped the comb and continued to use it. She did not use hair dryer on me at the end to blow away the little hairs. Very dissapointed. Will not return.

Went today to Mr. Scissors on 23rd street in mcallen, Texas and was not satisfied. The lady does not know how to cut hair. This place advertises 5 dollar hair cuts but when you go in the story is different. They begin to tell you if you get this much off your hair it's going to be 2 more dollars. I was not impressed with this business. At the rate for what they charge I'll take my business to JustaCut.
