The driving instructor, Joey, was great himself. No issues with him. But due to anxiety problems I never finished the course. Called much later for information on my specific situation. Woman who answered was patronizing and rude after I asked a question on why it might take months to get all my driving hours. I called her out on it then claimed I was the one who needed to calm down. Dismissed my MH struggles. If everyone had my level of anxiety, no one would be driving.
She told me to just come in person and abruptly hung up the phone. This experience put me off and I went elsewhere.
Joey and Martina Hernandez are incredible instructors! However, I am giving 4 stars because I did not have a great experience with Mr. Jose Hernandez. His teaching methods made me very uncomfortable and nervous (constantly got after me whenever I made unexperienced driver mistakes). He even grabbed my wrist even though I did not even make a dangerous mistake (I didn’t turn the wheel correctly.) I felt extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, the office was accommodating enough to let me change instructors. Thank you!
