I give it 3 stars because while it is a little pricey, they are a bit difficult to deal with at time by not giving a fair idea of delivery times and if you happen to have something deivered and would like to return something, there seems to be so much red tape to go thru because they want a green copy form which the customer doesn't keep despite that you have the original white copy. employees are a bit on the dry side when it comes to friendliness toward the customers. Not sure why my contractor decides to order his materials there but I would have bought elsewhere.

The office service was excellent. Labor workers did great job. However, the actual fence itself seems so thin and not as strong as old fence. Poles are not as heavy as old ones. Not happy with fencing materials. Looks very nice but not sure how long it's gonna last. Not sure if guaranteed. Self closing hinges that were placed on small gate really don't work. Fence doesn't close like it supposed to.
