I called Mr. Erasmo Ramirez for a backflow testing and made an appointment for the next day. I waited all day. Finally I got a message at 7pm; he asked if he could come and do the test. I work nights and had already gone to work, so we made an agreement that he would call me on Monday. Here I am a week later and still no call. It seems that this business owner is having a hard time following up on his promises. Being unable to do something is understandable, wasting someone's time is not.
