Jeff helped me find great reclaimed beams for my project. It really helped that he removed all metal and cut them to my requirements. I recommend THis Old Wood for its wide selection of reclaimed wood and its friendly service.

Have you ever had such a good experience with a business that you wished you had a need to keep buying from them? That's been my experience with This Old Wood.We're in the middle of a mold remediation/rebuild project that has exploded in so many ways. One unplanned part of this project was to completely rebuild/replace our existing wood burning stove. The new design called for 2 pieces of reclaimed wood for a 2-sided mantel.The guys at This Old Wood took a lot of time to teach me wood world lingo and wrap my head around what was needed. It was great working with the guys at This Old Wood. They just build us a beautiful outdoor table out of reclaimed maple and oak. During the brainstorming process, they were very communicative and helpful. The owner was super patient and answered all my questions and was interested in spending time with me to find out which woods I liked for my project and how things could get built. (I was surprised the person talking to me so long was actually the owner!). After choosing design and wood, he kept us abreast of the progress and everything was finished on time.
