They burned three very expensive white dress shirts. They knew they did it because the first shirt was slightly burnt, placed up front, the second was severely burnt, and the third was a disaster. Not wearable, very sad service!

Double charged for same items. No price list to be found anywhere; it's a lottery every time you walk through their door in terms of prices. Is this a front for something as it doesn't appear to even try to be legit?

Went to drop off a few items including 3 different types of tops. A button down collar shirt, a t-shirt, and a hoodie special edition. I let them know that two of the item needed spot oil treatments. She quoted me for the t-shirt $7, $4 for the hoodie, and $3 for the button down. I asked how the t-shirt cost so much more? Her response was "it's considered a "polo". I said the t-shirt is? She said yes, "that's what they say here". I looked around wondering who is "they"! I explained the button down could be considered a "polo".
