If you are looking to get in better shape (mind & body), get faster, be a better athlete or just improve your overall strength/conditioning, this is the place for you. I had gone through a pretty significant weight loss journey before stepping foot into Sacrifice Training. I drove by the gym for a couple YEARS and thought, next week I'll call or go in. Next week finally came after two years, and I got to train with Coach Traci Young. I was not a fan of typical commercial gyms and was apprehensive. Amazing trainers and facility. I had my two sons there for the first quarter of the year and right away l noticed improvements in footwork. Definitely taking my boys back when we can.
