For 3 months/50 calls she pretended we had the wrong number trying to schedule the spa appt. Only until we got law enforcement involved in the last 24 hours did she miraculously answer the same number we've been calling for 3 months. Videos and recordings of her antics deliberately avoiding and refusing to be ID'd were viewed. She then posted this update about her business a couple hours ago. We caught her in the lie and the act.. Refund finally given

Oh, what a delightful morning. I went to Radiance Luxury Spa for Mother's Day pampering. Erika Shall was amazing. The environment is so calm and relaxing. I was treated to a full body dry brush and scrub along with an invigorating massage. I was then wrapped in an infrared sauna blanket and given one of the best facials of my life. Erika took great care after the wrap to make sure I was steady on my feet. You sweat a lot during this treatment and it was nice to have a steady hand. I highly recommend Erika and her spa!
