I have been a patient here since the day they opened. I now live in South Austin but I travel to Pflugerville for my eye Dr appointment with Dr. Bethel. Everyone that works here is amazing and so friendly. 100% recommend!
Over the years I’ve had appointments with all 3 doctors practicing at this location (just due to easiest and fastest available appointment) and all three are excellent, friendly, and professional. The front office staff are friendly as well. Definitely recommend if looking for a new eye doctor!
After a recent corp relocation to central Texas, I wanted to establish a new vision care provider. I found the staff very friendly and helpful at Pflugerville Vision Care. Very nice selection of frames and the most of the frames are decently priced. The 5-star rating is coming from this: after selecting new frames and wearing them for a couple of months, I was just not happy. I explained the shortcomings of the frames to my Dr. and she said new frames/lenses would be covered under the warranty. I got completely new frames and new lenses without any additional cost! Amazing service!! I'm soooo happy with my new glasses. Thank you Pflugerville Vision Care!
