Dr.Gudipally always took excellent care of my dog Bruno, him and his staff were always very attentive to my concerns and always treated Bruno very well. Usually could get same day appointments when I called, especially if it was an unexpected and urgent need they could squeeze me in here or in the Hutto location if need be.
Sadly Bruno’s condition deteriorated faster than anticipated and I had to euthanize him.
I always told myself I would do at home euthanasia but I wouldn’t have been able to get an appointment with the at home companies for 2-3 days and opted to do it in office here rather than make my dog suffer more, the staff made it as dignified...read full review
I've been coming to this vet for years with multiple furr babies. I've always had good experiences but today was beyond great!! Despite of getting a bit of bad news these 2 ladies explained everything extremely well!! They prepared me for when the worst happens with my baby Molly, the issues dobies have, the options I have and they gave me hope!! May God bless you both, assistant Deanna and Dr Tripp!!
Dr. Gudipally and the staff took great care of my dog Alf when he got his first (hopefully last) IVDD flare-up. They were very kind and could answer all my questions putting my stress level in a better place. I 100% recommend them as they are very responsive and provide excellent customer service.
