I have used Perfect Handyman owner Jacob Hernandez for years. He can do everthing: lawm maintenance, landscaping, wood furniture restoration, tile work, light fixtures and plumbing fixture installation along with other electrical and plumbing repairs. He also painted the outside of my house, many interior rooms, and has also done roof and chimney repairs. Jacob removed my old intercome system and did a perfect job drywalling and repainting the rooms where the wall units were removed. He also built a custom made exercise table when I no longer could get on the floor. The table was customized for my height and fit the mat I already had, all at a reasonable price. Jacob is the handyman to call. Can not recommend him highly enough. He is friendly, easy to have around and very fair.
