Finding a trustworthy and reliable home service professional as a single woman can be a real challenge but I absolutely found that with O & M.
The technician was courteous, thoughtful, and respectful from start to finish. Instead of automatically pulling toilets, running unnecessary tests, and presenting a $400+ bill (which has been my experience elsewhere), he took the time to explain what was happening, walk me through my options, and actually educate me. My old water heater started leaking a couple days before Christmas. Chris came out, looked it over gave me the options and was able to replace it and bring it up to code same day. Very happy with the service, I did not want to worry about my water heater over the holiday. 10/10 would heat water again.
