From check-in to checkout, a truly excellent experience.I am now seeing the new dentist, Dr. Pragna Malkaram, after being a 25 plus year dental patient of Dr. Hassell. Dr Hassell has chosen a very caring, much younger dentist to take over his very successful dental practice.Dr. Malkaram is very personable, obviously very qualified, and highly adept at the latest dental practices. She has “soft hands,” which are to the patient’s benefit. I have already had 3 appointments with her and she’s very efficient and her work is as good as I’ve been receiving for the last 25 years. DDS Hassells office staff is always great, front office always gets my billing right, I have never had insurance issues with them, they even sent me a check when I over paid, and Hassell has always done pain free superb work, and the dental assistants always make my smile smillier?. Just good folk there.
