First of all, I cannot speak highly enough of Rachel, who was not only attentive to what I said I wanted and why I was there, but also sensitive and brilliant at interpreting my fragmented account into a great haircut. She was also a totally warm and engaging conversationalist, which I appreciate because I can definitely be chatty in this context. She was also kind enough to not make me feel like an idiot for cutting my own hair since my last haircut, and this is very unusual.
